Frequently asked
questions.
Clear answers about our collections, Etsy purchases and personalized digital designs.
Where do I buy BY NICO digital designs?
Each product links to its Etsy listing. Etsy handles checkout, order information and delivery.
Are these physical products?
BY NICO specializes in digital design files. Check the individual Etsy listing carefully; no physical item is shipped for digital-only listings.
How do personalized designs work?
Open the Etsy listing and follow the seller’s personalization instructions. Made-to-order items are not necessarily instant downloads.
Where can I find soap and gourmet collections?
Use the NICO GROUP brands page to visit the related collections on NicoEditions.com.
Does NICO GROUP process my Etsy payment?
No. Purchases are completed on Etsy. Please review Etsy’s listing terms and policies before ordering.
For product-specific licensing, file format, personalization or delivery times, the individual Etsy listing is the authoritative source.
